Compact fully automatic CIP with turn-lock mechanism.

We have started handling the new CIP mechanism manufactured by ENERGYN Corporation. When it comes to larger CIP machines, regarding the pressure resistance of the lid, if the size is small (Φ150[mm]) and the pressure is low (250[MPa]), there is no need to adopt a yoke frame or pin closure type. Instead, we have implemented a turn-lock type using saw blade screws, which has improved the compactness of the machine and the speed of lid opening and closing. * The turn-lock type and saw blade screws: This fastening method, which combines square screws and triangular screws, is strong against axial loads. It is designed without the need for a frame or pins. In the ECIP series, we differentiate between the turn-lock type and wire winding frame type based on pressure calculations, ensuring reliable pressure retention while being smart (compact and convenient). It is possible to achieve high-density molding because the molding body is uniformly pressurized by water pressure! This is a compact, manually operated cold isostatic press with a simple structure and low cost, combining a custom-made lab press and a pressure-resistant container. One of its attractions is that it can also be used as a powder molding machine when the pressure-resistant container is removed. It is ideal for achieving uniform molding density in cases where high-density molding of metal and ceramic powders, as well as molding of irregular shapes and long objects, is difficult. It is also possible to efficiently create homogeneous and straight raw material rods by placing the raw powder in a rubber bag. It is widely used in universities, national research institutions, and corporate laboratories.

We have started handling the new CIP mechanism manufactured by ENERGYN. The ECIP series features a unique turn-lock mechanism using saw blade screws, making it a static and smart CIP machine. Despite its compact size, it can handle pressures up to 300 [MPa]. We also offer models that fit within an installation area of about one tatami mat. With a unique opening and closing method that reconsiders traditional yoke frame and pink closure types, the use of saw blade screws instead of full-thread screws allows for easy fastening with a 30° rotation, which is a key feature. *Saw blade screws: A fastening method that is strong against axial loads, achieved through a combination of square and triangular screws. We can also design and manufacture rubber molds for powder molding of Wet-Bag CIP. If we have rubber molds in stock, the initial molding test may be free of charge.
